I have completed both the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and the Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching with Henley Business School, a part of Reading University and one of the top professional education establishments in the country. This consists of over a hundred hours of delivered training, practical sessions, written and practical assessments, supervised coaching and considerable consolidation.
My choice to accredit with both the ICF and the EMCC reflects a dedication to a broad and rigorous professional development. The ICF's focus on core coaching competencies combined with the EMCC's emphasis on mentoring and coaching best practices provides you with a well-rounded and versatile coaching experience tailored to your unique needs.
